Filing a complaint
To file a complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Complaint form
Fill out the complaint form and send it via email to: [email protected]

The document should include the following information: full name, company name, email address or correspondence address, phone number, purchase invoice number, SKU product number, reason for the complaint, date of purchase, and occurrence of the defect.

2. Our Customer Service Office will contact you to determine the next steps to take.
